Cory Cox

Cory Cox has been helping individuals, families, and business owners achieve their financial goals since joining the financial services industry in 2002. In 2010, he earned his Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation, reflecting his commitment to providing comprehensive, client-focused financial advice.

Cory works with clients through every stage of their financial journey, offering guidance in investment management, insurance planning, group benefits, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning. He believes successful financial planning starts with trust and strong relationships. Known for his down-to-earth and approachable nature, Cory takes the time to understand what matters most to his clients and is committed to providing personalized advice tailored to their unique goals.

Originally from Cape Breton, Cory earned a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Cape Breton University and later completed a Bachelor of Technology degree from Memorial University. He moved to Halifax in 1998 and now lives in Hammonds Plains with his wife, Natasha, and their two children, Milo and Alyssa. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, boating, and playing hockey. Above all, Cory values time with family and friends and believes genuine relationships are the foundation of a rewarding life and successful financial planning.
